1. Shipping Model

All products are shipped directly by independent verified vendors from their location in South Africa. Exquisite Online Boutique is a marketplace - we do not hold inventory.

2. Courier Fee

Flat rate R45 per order nationwide, charged at checkout. Free shipping on orders over R1500.

3. Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.

4. Delivery Time

2-5 business days for major centres (Johannesburg, Cape Town, Durban, Nelspruit), 3-7 days for outlying areas.

5. Tracking

Tracking number provided via email once shipped. Customers can track via courier link.

6. Responsibility

Vendor is responsible for safe packaging. Exquisite is responsible for coordinating courier collection.
