Acceptable Use Policy

1. Prohibited Items

Counterfeit luxury goods, illegal drugs, weapons, adult content, stolen goods, or any items that infringe intellectual property rights are strictly prohibited.

2. Seller Conduct

Sellers must provide accurate product descriptions, genuine photos, accurate stock levels, and ship within 48 hours of order confirmation. No fraudulent activity, price manipulation, or fake reviews.

3. Buyer Conduct

Buyers must not engage in fraudulent chargebacks, abusive language to sellers, or misuse of the returns system.

4. KYC Requirement

All sellers must complete full KYC: SA ID / Passport, proof of address, bank confirmation letter, and R30 activation fee via Paystack for bank account verification.

5. Enforcement

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently ban any seller or buyer who violates this policy, with funds held pending investigation.
